The annual Designer Showhouse is Vanguard Albany Symphony's major fundraiser. Held over a three-week period each spring, visitors to the Showhouse have enjoyed seeing both historic homes in which beautiful decorative features from the past have been preserved and new built homes exhibiting fine craftsmanship of our own time.

This year Vanguard is stepping into a new territory with the 32nd annual Designer Showhouse "Urban Elegance," at 17 Chapel Street, Albany, NY. The Showhouse will dazzle you with the beauty of 21st century condominium living. This historic building has been renovated  to house 24 boutique condominiums.

Downtown Albany employees can enjoy a special ticket price of $15 on Tuesday, May 1, 2012. Just RSVP here and print out your ticket to receive the discounted price at the door.
